Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate Sessions: Plan and lead group meetings that support people’s health and wellbeing, including activity-based, age-specific or health condition focused groups. • Encourage participation: Ensure all members feel included, respected, and heard. • Provide support: Offer a listening ear and signpost participants to relevant services when needed. • Maintain a safe environment: Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and wellbeing guidelines.Skills
