To support the smooth running of Rothwell Town Council health and wellbeing events by assisting with set-up, welcoming attendees, providing information, and helping ensure a positive and safe experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities • Greet and direct guests upon arrival. • Assist with event set-up and pack-down (tables, chairs, signage, decorations). • Provide information about the event schedule, facilities, and activities. • Support activity areas, workshops, or stalls as needed. • Help manage any queues and maintain a safe, friendly environment. • Distribute materials such as programmes, flyers, or refreshments. • Report any issues or concerns to the event coordinator promptly.Skills
