Volunteer Transport Admin Assistant

Are you a friendly voice on the phone and enjoy helping others? We’re currently looking for volunteers to support our busy Transport office with some essential admin duties — and we’d love to have you on board!
You’ll be answering incoming calls and returning calls to service users who’ve booked a medical journey with one of our amazing volunteer drivers. Your role will be to confirm pick-up times and journey details — a vital task that helps everything run like clockwork and ensures our users feel supported and reassured
You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming team who truly appreciate your time and effort. Plus, there’s always plenty of tea, coffee, and good conversation to go around!

Availability Details
We’re ideally looking for someone who can spare 3–4 hours in the morning or afternoon, whichever suits you best. Flexibility is key, and we’ll work around your availability.
