SkillsTo have the confidence to assist individuals by giving them information and advice for their particular area of need. To be able to remain impartial, non judgmental and provide a listening ear for our clients to then be able to assist appropriately. We will provide a full training programme to enable volunteers complete this role to the best of their ability.
We have a fully accessible office via a lift if required. We also have a communication support system in place via a portable hearing loop if needed.

When do I need to be available?
We provide our services either by phone or face to face on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays from 10am until 3pm.
We really appreciate any time volunteers are able to give to our organisation, however we do have a volunteer commitment in place to support us for a minimum of 6 hours a week.
