Renew169 is in the centre of Towcester town and is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 3pm.
Renew169 wellbeing cafe offers a place where it is OK to not be OK. It is a safe space in Towcester where people with emotional or mental health difficulties are welcomed. Attendees have the opportunity to take part in hobbies and activities.
They are seeking volunteers who are happy to share their skills. Are you willing to share your photography skills? Could you offer an online art activity? Do you have another area of expertise that you could share? Previous activities have included, arts and crafts, origami, and games around learning a language and music, they are always open to suggestions.
