Community Connect
Community Connect is a project specifically focused on rural communities and offers a range of services for the benefit of the most isolated and vulnerable people in our rural areas.
Our Community Connect Advisors will be attending community events in rural areas so please come and meet us when you see us out and about. Details of the pop in schedules can be found on the Community Connect Facebook page.
