Overview: 1. To ensure that committee meetings are properly administered. 2. To ensure other meetings, such as the AGM, and events are properly administered. 3. Keep membership records up-to-date (unless there is a membership secretary as well). 4. Monitor committee member action points.

Skills

Organised, able to use a computer and write professional emails, confidence to speak with staff, trustees/volunteers and our bookkeeper, and able to speak to outside companies when required.

This opportunity can be carried out whilst working from home.

When do I need to be available?

Availability Details

There are 4 meetings a year, these can be done in person or remotely via Zoom or similar. The admin work is at your leisure, you are welcome to do this at anytime that suits you best. The Wednesday evening was ticked as I needed to tick somewhere. The time required of you each week is 15-30mins of email or admin.
