Could you use your skills and experience to help shape the future of Scouting in Northamptonshire? Scout Groups are looking for Trustees to support the governance and effective running of their charity. As a Trustee, you'll help ensure the group is well-managed, sustainable, and able to provide great opportunities for young people. The role is flexible, with responsibilities and time commitments varying depending on the needs of each local Scout Group. Skills

We're looking for people who can bring their experience, judgement, and enthusiasm to a Trustee Board. Skills in areas such as finance, governance, administration, HR, legal, property management, fundraising, project management, or strategic planning are valuable, but not essential. We're seeking individuals who can work collaboratively, think objectively, and support good decision-making. The specific skills needed may vary between Scout Groups, and we welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
