We are a Christian counselling charity providing access to counselling for everyone in Northamptonshire irrespective of faith background or ability to pay. Our mission is to provide safe spaces for you to talk to a professionally trained integrative counsellor about whatever is on your mind. To discover, rediscover or recover that which makes your life worth living. We also offer free wellbeing workshops and deliver CPCAB accredited courses to students training to be future counsellors and supervisors. We are conveniently located in central Northampton but work across the county in Corby, Wellingborough and Kettering, as well as offering remote counselling and wellbeing sessions.
