Opportunities with HOME-START WELLINGBOROUGH & DISTRICT
This is done through a volunteers home visiting scheme, the volunteers visit once a week after training and are supervised by professional staff. After building a relationship with the parents and children, one of which must be under 5, they help the parents to develop their confidence in parenting and life skills and support them in facing very difficult situations.
