Our website is our shop window, and it is sadly lacking and not up to date. We do not have the skills in our small charity to develop this. We are an innovative, forward thinking charity which embraces change and new ideas. We need a volunteer who has the ability to make changes as requested, work with the Manager on developing new and exciting ideas, You can make a difference now to families in Northampton. We are looking for a 2 hours a week, or 3 or so hours a month, whatever you have to give. As an Advisor you will not have the responsibility of being a Trustee, but you will assigned a link named person and you will contribute remotely. Gain valuable skills that look great on your CV Volunteering has been proven to boost mental health and happiness. In fact, one study showed that 77% of people said volunteering had boosted their wellbeing. Home-Start makes a tangible difference in local communities. You can be a part of that.

Skills

You will have knowledge, expertise and experience in web design. You will advise, guide and keep the charity up to date and informed. You can be a student or someone with a passion and expertise on web design, someone who is able to give 1-2 hours a week in the evening or weekends, whatever suits you.
