Trustee

Posted for EnFold

As a Trustee of EnFold, you’ll be part of a dedicated team making decisions in the best interests of a charity we are all passionate about. The Board of Trustees values diversity and our members bring a range of skills, perspectives and interests, and direct lived experience, as this enables us to serve EnFold’s service users in the most effective and inclusive way.

Skills

We are looking for committed individuals that will complement and enhance the existing skills and experience on the Board. Whilst it’s important that you understand the responsibilities of a Trustee, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement. A willingness to learn, grow, and actively contribute is just as valuable as specific experience. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences. You don’t need to have been a Trustee before — we value lived experience, professional skills, and a commitment to EnFold’s cause. In particular, we’re looking for trustees who: Believe in and support our vision, mission, and values. Bring good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Are fair, impartial, and able to maintain confidentiality. Can think strategically and contribute to decision-making. Are willing to give time and energy to board meetings, preparation, and sub-committee work.
