Rainbows, support every baby, child and young person to fulfil their potential, and help families make the most of every precious moment, while capturing memories and keepsakes to treasure. They are here for the whole family, offering comfort and compassion during tough times, providing the highest level of professional care until the end, and support after.  Simply put, they are  here to brighten short lives, and support families, wherever they are.

Their shops wouldn't exist without the amazing support of volunteers! You will play a vital role in their high street presence, helping to raise awareness for Rainbows, sell fantastic products, and generate crucial funds to support the hospices incredible work.

As a Retail Shop Volunteer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that serves as the friendly, professional and welcoming face of Rainbows for every visitor who walks through the doors.  Retail shops are open 7 days a week (timings vary per shop) and  offer flexible volunteer shifts to all with options including: 1-hour shift, half a day and more.

Typical tasks the role could involve: -

• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere   
• Being a gift aid guru   
• Showcasing the treasures   
• Getting creative with displays   
• Transforming donated items into treasures
