Brackley Town Football Club are seeking volunteers to support their expansion of disability football in their community. 

Are you currently coaching grassroots football?

Would you like to utilise your expertise further to enable players with disabilities to enjoy the game?

Multiple opportunities available for ~2 hours per week with flexibility to work around you.

Enthusiastic volunteers needed to help establish a rewarding new community pan-disability football opportunity

We can offer:

• Funding to complete The FA Introduction to Coaching

• Football qualification

• Comprehensive learning and development support, including workshops, mentoring, and training resources

• Guidance/Induction from an experienced coach

Skills

•  Communication: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey instructions clearly.

•  Patience and Empathy: A compassionate approach, with the patience to support participants as they develop at their          own pace.

•  Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of coaches and volunteers.
