WCIT Charity – IT projects
Charities, educational establishments, CICs, or not-for-profits can apply for a grants of up to £15,000 for communities and people in the UK. There are two different application processes for grants under £5,000 and those over this amount.
Focus areas are Tech for Charities, Inclusion, Education and Public Understanding of Tech.
Projects should be focused on beneficiaries and could include the delivery or development of innovative IT projects such as digital services, improving literacy, training, apps, AI, robotics, or custom made accessibility features/hardware.
They will not fund core running costs or large national charities with significant income and reserves.
Next deadline: 6 February 2026 (decisions by mid-March), with further rounds in May, September, and November.
