New Year at Mind in Towcester

MIND has a variety of training, support and wellbeing events scheduled in the New Year, including…

  • JANUARY – Understanding Depression
    Designed for anyone who has experienced or is experiencing depression, this 4-week course will help with understanding depression, where it comes from and how to create goals moving forward.
  • FEBRUARY – The Resilience Toolkit: Practical Skills for Managing Stress
    Are you struggling with stress or emotional overwhelm? Our free, 4-week course ‘The Resilience Toolkit: Practical Skills for Managing Stress’ is designed to provide simple, effective techniques to manage stress, build resilience, and support mental wellbeing.
  • The Lowdown
    These drop-ins are a safe space to socialise, build confidence and make friends. Led by what the groups want to, whether that be just a relaxed chat, playing games or crafting.   • Coffee & Connection – Thursdays 8am – 10am
    Join for a relaxed morning drop-in at Mind in Towcester. Take a moment for yourself, enjoy a cuppa, and connect with other people in a friendly, supportive space. Whether you want a chat, a listening ear, or simply some quiet time, you’re always welcome. £2 voluntary donation for refreshments. No need to book, just drop in!
  • Unwind with Mind – Thursdays 12pm – 3pm
    A friendly, volunteer-led group where you can play games, bring a book, do a puzzle or try your hand at simple crafts, and enjoy a good chat along the way. It’s a relaxed space to meet new people, share ideas, and unwind or just sit quietly and have space for yourself. All materials are provided, and everyone is welcome. £2 voluntary donation for refreshments and resources. No need to book, just drop in!
