Designed for anyone who has experienced or is experiencing depression, this 4-week course will help with understanding depression, where it comes from and how to create goals moving forward. - FEBRUARY – The Resilience Toolkit: Practical Skills for Managing Stress
Are you struggling with stress or emotional overwhelm? Our free, 4-week course ‘The Resilience Toolkit: Practical Skills for Managing Stress’ is designed to provide simple, effective techniques to manage stress, build resilience, and support mental wellbeing. - The Lowdown
These drop-ins are a safe space to socialise, build confidence and make friends. Led by what the groups want to, whether that be just a relaxed chat, playing games or crafting. These sessions run on a Tuesday, 6:30pm-8pm – term time only. A friendly, volunteer-led group where you can play games, bring a book, do a puzzle or try your hand at simple crafts, and enjoy a good chat along the way. It’s a relaxed space to meet new people, share ideas, and unwind or just sit quietly and have space for yourself. All materials are provided, and everyone is welcome. £2 voluntary donation for refreshments and resources. No need to book, just drop in!
