Nationwide Building Society Community Grants Programme
Funding for local community housing projects across the UK.
Housing-focused groups in the UK can now apply for grants to deliver projects which align with at least one of Nationwide’s three outcomes:
- Preventing people from losing their home.
- Helping people in a home.
- Supporting people to thrive within the home environment.
Grants of between £10,000 and £50,000 are on offer, over a period of either one or two years.
Applications will be accepted from the following types of charitable organisations:
- UK Charities registered with the Charity Commission or OSCR.
- Community Benefit Societies or Cooperatives registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
- Community Land Trusts registered with a charity commission in the UK, the FCA or with Companies House as a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee.
Nationwide will fund between 50% to 100% of the total project cost.
The deadline to apply is 27 May 2022.
