Project Development Worker (secondments may be considered)
- Location: Based in a co-working space, Northampton, with some travel across the county.
- Target start date: 1st March 2025
- Position: Part-time Project Development Worker (secondments may be considered)
- Salary: £29,120 (Full time equivalent)
- Reports to: Chair of Trustees
- Expected hours: 15 per week
About Young Northants
Young Northants is new collaboration of VCSE organizations, dedicated to supporting and empowering children and young people in Northamptonshire. Our mission is to seek funding and resources that provide educational, mental health, and recreational opportunities to help young individuals thrive and reach their full potential.
Job Purpose
The Project Development Worker will play a crucial role in developing and managing projects that align with the mission and objectives of Young Northants. This position requires a proactive and creative individual who can work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and the wider community to grow this fledgling organisation and help strengthen the youth offer for children and young people in Northamptonshire.
