Job opportunity – Senior Development Officer – Community Action MK
Salary: £29,577 per annum
Hours of Work: 37hrs per week (usually Monday to Friday during business hours, though there is a requirement to work outside of regular business hours occasionally).
Term of contract: Permanent

Main accountabilities:
- Promote volunteering to enable MK residents to get involved in supporting the local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector, ensuring the volunteering needs of groups are met.
- Provide an appropriate level of service to VCSE groups around volunteering and the provision of development support and advice.
- Provide insightful intelligence and useful plans to colleagues, based on timely and accurate data.
- Drive initiatives to enhance our commitment with regard to social justice, anti-racism, equality & diversity and environmental sustainability.
