- £31,500 per annum pro rata
- Hybrid – The office base is our Bicester office
- Full time 37h/week or Part time 22.2h/week
- Permanent contract
- Responsible to Chief Operating Officer Citizens Advice North Oxon & South Northants (CANOSN)
Citizens Advice North Oxon and South Northants has been providing free, trusted, confidential & impartial advice in our community since 1965.
We are seeking an experienced Debt Group Manager, who can establish, grow and lead a “Debt Group” comprising paid staff and volunteers.
We have created this role to ensure capacity and demand are being monitored, met and planned in terms of paid and volunteer recruitment and team training.
