Inclusive Football at Brackley Town FC

Northamptonshire FA has recently been supporting one of our local football clubs, Brackley Town, to establish their first disability-specific opportunity for adults and young people aged 16+ with disabilities, impairments, or other additional needs.

Starting next Friday (10th April), sessions are focused on fun, accessibility, and inclusivity, ensuring that players have the opportunity to play, be active, and socialise in a friendly and welcoming environment – whether they are an experienced player or completely new to the game!

The club is really keen to make this a success, and want to engage as many people and communities as possible to ensure that anyone who may find this session meets their needs, is aware of it and has the opportunity to give it a go!

When? Fridays 5:30pm to 6:30pm (starting 10th April)
Who can join? Adults and young people aged 16+ with special educational needs, disabilities, or other impairments, health conditions, or support needs
Where? Brackley Town Football Club, Churchill Way, Brackley, NN13 7EJ

  • Sessions are welcoming, accessible, and inclusive. All abilities welcome!
  • Delivered by passionate, supportive coaches, sessions are shaped around the needs of players.
  • Low-commitment, non-competitive, and focused on FUN!
  • Meet new people, build friendships, improve physical and mental health, and enjoy being active in a positive team environment.

Bonus incentive: Attend either of the first two sessions and receive free entry to the Brackley Town vs Aldershot Town match on 18th April!

If you’re looking for a relaxed, supportive way to enjoy football, this is the perfect opportunity.
