GambleAware’s Community Resilience Fund
Last call for applications to address inequalities which may be contributing to exacerbated gambling harms in vulnerable communities.
Constituted not-for-profit organisations across Great Britain have two weeks left to apply for the Community Resilience Fund.
To be eligible, applicants must have experience or knowledge of gambling harms or an adjacent field such as health inequalities, addictions or mental health.
Grants can be used to develop or create a service/project, work with a new community, support innovation or develop or strengthen a new partnership.
Proposals should demonstrate:
- How disadvantaged communities will be supported in relation to gambling harms and associated inequalities.
- How inequalities will be addressed through the Fund and how the cost-of-living crisis has exacerbated these.
- The challenges within the community that need to be addressed/solved.
- Partnerships (where applicable) within the local system and any plans to develop work with other local organisations.
There is a funding pot of £1 million, with grants of up to £100,000 available over 12 months.
The deadline to apply is 12 noon on 28 July 2022.
