Grants for hospices in England and Wales to widen access and address barriers for people experiencing homelessness or people with learning disabilities.
Adult and children’s hospices have until 27 January 2020 to apply for grants of up to £35,000 to support projects that seeks to address inequality and widen access to hospice care for people experiencing homelessness (or who are vulnerably housed) and people with learning disabilities.
This can be through a number of ways:
There is a total of £450,000 available for this round. It is expected that between 15 and 19 grants will be awarded to support projects running over a period of 18 months.
For this grant programme, a ‘project’ is considered to be a discrete range of activities with a clear purpose, designed to bring about change.
