Community Land Trusts in England and Wales can apply for a grants and training package to help unlock the skills and capacity within the movement.
The aims of the Cohesive Communities Fund include championing projects and individuals not usually part of Community Land Trusts (CLTs) and supporting them to broaden their outreach in turn and promoting best practice within community development – highlighting the journeys CLTs are taking to ensure their projects truly reflect and project the thoughts and voices of the community it is representing.
Grant funding is available for technical support, capacity building and residential training events.

The programme is for those eager to engage local people in order to increase the number of active members in their group, consequently moving their CLT forward. Applications are particularly encouraged from women, BAME, disabled and LGBTQ+ candidates.
Groups will be able to apply for a grant of up to £15,000 to increase capacity and outreach. Additioal grant funding is available for technical support up to a total value of £5,800.
