The Power Up: Resourcing Women’s and Girls’ Movements for Change programme is provided and administered by Comic Relief.
Comic Relief has launched ‘Power Up: Resourcing Women’s and Girls’ Movements for Change’, an open funding programme to support women and girl’s movements in the UK as well as the countries it funds in Africa and Asia.
This programme aims to support a diverse range of women’s rights organisations to fight against systems which perpetuate the injustices they encounter in their daily lives. Comic Relief wants to find and support women and girl’s movements to seed, sustain and strengthen this change in the UK, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, India, Nepal and Bangladesh.
Applications will be accepted from 8 October 2018 to 7 December 2018 (12pm).
