Charity Link Small Grants Scheme
Small grants are available for charities that are working for the benefit of communities in the city of Leicester, Rutland, Northamptonshire or Leicestershire.
The Charity Link Small Grants Scheme supports the activities of local charitable organisations in Leicester City, Leicestershire. Rutland and Northamptonshire. The scheme consists of funds allocated by three charitable trusts: Leicester Indigent Old Age Society, the Mansion Trust (UK), and R Daphne Plunket Charitable Trust. Charity Link administers it on behalf of the three Trusts.
Grants are to support projects that address the scheme’s priority areas: relief of poverty, hardship and distress; relief of physical or mental illness; advance the education of people in need; and support for people aged over 60 years.
Applications are accepted from charitable organisations working in the city of Leicester, Rutland, Northamptonshire or Leicestershire.
Applications to the scheme are considered four times a year in April, July, October and January.
