Care Home Friends and Neighbours: Intergenerational Linking Project
The Care Home Friends and Neighbours: Intergenerational Linking Project is a national initiative from My Home Life England and The Linking Network. The programme is jointly funded by The National Lottery Community Fund (as part of their #iwill fund) and the Dunhill Medical Trust.
The aims of the programme are:
- Improving young people’s confidence and develop their leadership skills.
- Creating a world where care homes are truly connected to their communities.
- Sustainably embedding intergenerational linking into the curriculum and ethos of a school and/or youth organisation.
The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest form is 5pm on 13 November 2020.
