Asda Foundation – Local Community Spaces Fund

This UK-wide fund supports small, grassroots community organisations to repair, renovate or develop welcoming local spaces where people can meet, connect and take part in activities. It is aimed at spaces that act as a lifeline for the community and help tackle loneliness, isolation and disadvantage, such as community centres, village halls and community gardens.

Grants of £10,000 to £20,000 are available for capital costs like essential repairs, refurbishments, creating new community areas or improving accessibility, with Asda Foundation funding at least 50% and up to 90% of total project costs; applicant organisations must normally have an annual income below £250,000 and be charities or not‑for‑profit groups benefiting local people.
