Are your beneficiaries digitally excluded?
In the UK, 13–19 million people over the age of 16 are estimated to be in digital poverty, meaning they can’t interact with the online world fully. But charities can be a vital point of contact for people who are digitally excluded.
Developed with support from Okta and the Connecting Scotland Digital Inclusion Fund, our free online module ‘Achieving digital inclusion’ guides you through how your community could be affected by digital exclusion, how to improve access to services, devices, and connection, and how to ensure digital accessibility, boost digital skills, and build digital confidence.
The course takes approximately 2 hours to complete, with those who complete it gaining a certificate.
