AgeUK events in Daventry

Firstly, we are running another set of Sound Healing sessions. Participants can experience a sound bath of calming sounds to alleviate stress and anxiety. Sound healing also can have physical benefits, such as the reduction of pain.

There will be 6 sessions, taking place every Thursday, commencing on 23^rd April at 1:30pm.

The group will meet at the Methodist Church in Daventry – 6 Golding Close, NN11 4FH. Spaces are limited, so please contact us if interested

Next, we are running NEW ‘Communi-Tea’ drop-ins each Thursday at the Reach for Health Centre in Daventry (NN11 4UD).

The drop-in will take place from 12pm-1pm – anyone who would like to chat in a friendly, safe environment is welcome to come along.

A Spring link worker will be present alongside a member of staff from the R4H Centre. Participants can also enjoy a free drink from the kitchen
