Alex Lohman (Chair)
Alex is married with two grown up children and has been a South Northamptonshire resident since 1987.
He spent 40 years working in a variety of roles in local government, national retail and the local charity sector.
Alex has been a trustee of snvb since August 2010

Bio
Liz Crussell
Liz has lived in South Northamptonshire for 43 years. She enjoyed a successful career in retail management, distribution, and then worked in local government for 10 years.
She was a parish councillor and a trustee for Daventry Citizens Advice, completing her terms of office. Now a trustee for Cruse Bereavement Support but still supports clients on a one-to-one basis. Though Cruse is a much larger charity, it too is facing a very difficult and challenging climate for funding.
Liz feels fortunate that her adult children and their families all live locally which allows time to enjoy grandchildren and be part of their lives.
She joined SNVB in 2021 because it’s often innovative ideas and the role it plays in the community is impressive and it’s vital that it is funded to continue serving local residents.
Joy Flanagan
Joy has spent over 20 years in the emergency services sector, leading work on national standards for fire services in England, and previously working on a major project developing joint working guidance for all emergency services. She has recently left full time employment and started her own business consultancy company. In her earlier career she has been an IT Trainer and project manager, whilst starting out in hospitality and events management.
She has lived in Towcester since 2022, moving here to join her partner after living in Rugby for 10 years. She has two children, her son graduating in 2023, and her daughter in her last year at university. Joy joined SNVB because she wanted to contribute to the local community and was delighted to have the opportunity to serve as a Trustee, joining the board in 2023.
Peter Rawlinson
Peter Rawlinson has lived in Brackley for over 20 years. After a career in British Airways managing both IT and business change programmes, he became an elected member for Brackley at both the Town and District Councils.
He was the finance and governance portfolio holder for South Northamptonshire Council for 6 years until it was replaced by West Northamptonshire Council. He also served as the Mayor of Brackley and Chair of the District Council. He is also a Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Glass Sellers London Livery Company.
Peter has been a trustee since October 2023, having previously delivered a project for the charity focusing on loneliness and isolation amongst older men. He is currently a Brackley Town Councillor and chairs their Finance & Policy Committee.
Glen Stout
Glen Stout brings a unique perspective from his buying and digital marketing expertise. A Towcester native, he attended local schools before studying International Business at the University of Hull. with a year's international placement at Corvinus University in Budapest. In his career, Glen has worked in the buying teams at both Tesco and Argos, working with notable blue chip technology brands including Apple, Samsung, Bosch, Acer, & Amazon, whilst sourcing own-brand ranges from the Far East.
Running his own businesses since 2016, Glen is the Founder and Managing Director of Dibble Digital, offering joined-up marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, Paid Social, Website Design, and CRO to local employers.
Dad of two, Glen joined SNVB to help support the local area and the wonderful projects benefiting the community offered by the charity.
