Translation and Interpreting Services Survey
In 2023 NHS England undertook a scoping exercise to understand what the most appropriate national interventions are to enable equitable and improved experience for patients needing access to translation and interpreting (CLT&I) services. With the support of South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit, NHS England are continuing to lead this piece to understand best practice and challenges faced in providing services. This work will support the development of an improvement framework.
ICBs have been identified as key stakeholders who have a close connection to this service and your insights and any case study examples would be very valuable to inform the outputs of this project.
To support this work, we would like to ask you to complete a survey which should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.
