Promoting and supporting voluntary activity across South Northamptonshire

Woodlands maintenance

Back to Search Results

We meet every week to undertake maintenance of our woodlands. Activities cover a wide remit of pruning, coppicing, weeding, grass cutting as well as planting new trees from time to time.

Enthusiasm for working outdoors and the ability to work well in a team is perhaps more important than any specific skills. We are all enthusiastic volunteers. An interest in woodlands, wildlife and wildflowers would be most suitable.
