Wellbeing Walks are a national programme of walking groups that provide short walks for people who want to improve their mental and physical wellbeing, make friends, or just enjoy the great outdoors. Walks are led by volunteers and supported by an experienced group of Officers within North Northamptonshire Council.
Skills
All training is provided but if you like to walk, have an interest in helping others, empathy and listening skills, and a willingness to be outside in all weather, this could be for you!

Availability Details
Walks last for upto 60 minutes with most walks starting at 10am. Leaders must be on-site at the start location for a walk from 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
