Walking befriender

We need caring people, in Northampton only, to accompany an older person on a short walk near their home. If you believe in the benefits of fresh air and gentle exercise, this is the role for you. Sometimes people lose their confidence because of a fall or some other event in their life. We will pair you with an older person so that you can provide gentle encouragement and the support that is needed for them to enjoy going for a short walk every week.
