Volunteer Welcome Team
Posted for Stowe House Preservation Trust
As part of the welcome team you will have an important role to play in helping visitors have a safe and enjoyable visit. Your role includes welcoming visitors at the House, explaining what is on that day and about the selection of tours available. You will be required to spend time at the National Trust entrance to greet visitors as they enter and to provide House presence.
Skills
The role would suit someone who has an outgoing personality and who enjoys talking and interacting with the public. You need to be able to work as part of a team, as well as able to work alone. Volunteering is flexible and you will need to be adaptable due to our relationship with Stowe School and the National Trust.
