Volunteers (female only) are required to work in The Good Loaf Cafe. The Good Loaf provides work placement for ex-offenders and vulnerable adults who want to get into employment and / or manage their mental health. The cafe is a platform for them to learn new skills, commit to work on a regular basis and through this experience receive a reference. Volunteers will work alongside these individuals to help them realise their true potential.

- Good communication skills - Ability to follow procedures - Ability to work as part of a team - Ability to work under pressure - Attend training as required. - Willing to work with ex-offenders and empathic to our aims.
