The Trust Board is the Strategic Driver enabling the tactical delivery of a first-rate learning experience by providing long term direction and conceptual focus. The Trust Board acts as the ‘critical friend’ to the Executive Team challenging and supporting at the same time.
The Trust is looking for several Trustees for the Board to fill recently created vacancies, to support the Executive Team and drive the Trust forward in exciting and challenging times. Whilst the Trust Board is keen to recruit Trustees across the professional spectrum who are, above all else, committed and enthusiastic, a recent skills audit identified the following areas that need additional support including: HR, Premises / Building experience and Law.

When do I need to be available?
The Trust Board meets at least six times per year but this is often eight times per year. There will be preparatory reading as Trustees are expected to have read the briefing papers before each meeting.
