We are looking for a team of event ambassadors to lead event and fundraising activities across Northamptonshire. The RSPCA Northamptonshire branch is independent. Our small branch is a self-financing branch committed to providing animal welfare in Northamptonshire. We are affiliated with the National RSPCA, but responsible for raising our own funds locally. Are you passionate about animals? Confident speaking to people? Keen to learn about what we do and spread our message? We’re on the lookout for individuals who are: - Enthusiastic and willing to get stuck in - Flexible and who can use their own initiative - Team players - Good communicators - Open to contributing and trying out new ideas This role includes: - Supporting event planning and fundraising activities - Attending meetings and collaborating with other volunteers on fundraising ideas - Event day set up - Being onsite events and donation station - Achieving a fundraising target - Networking across Northamptonshire with the public and local businesses - Developing an understanding of the work the RSPCA Northamptonshire branch does within the community and being a positive ambassador and advocate - Encouraging and welcoming new members and supporters into the RSPCA Northamptonshire network.
