This may include leading workshops on tackling loneliness, building confidence and the willingness to help in a first aid emergency.

You will need access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop. (We are unable to provide equipment for you).

If you have previous experience that’s great, but we can give full training and support if you are passionate about this and want to get involved.
