Oldfield Pharmacy supporting NHS Vaccination programme are looking for admin staff to work within their Northampton NN1 site. You will work alongside high calibre staff.
As you will have seen, the vaccine programme has made a great start and we are now looking to expand our workforce pool to help deliver this vital protection to people living across the Northampton area. As a COVID-19 Vaccination Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support within a team of staff working in a Vaccination Centre. You will also be responsible for:
• Accessing and maintaining accurate patient records, adhering to confidentiality as per the site’s policy.
• Providing admin support on the vaccination activity by supporting the Vaccinator with vaccination delivery and records.
• Recording vaccination consent and marking completion.
• Ensuring infection and waste control at the vaccination station.
