Adult Carer Communities - Support Group Volunteer

Our groups provide dedicated support to those in a caring role for a loved one. Support includes Carer Information Hubs, Carer Wellbeing Groups and Walk and Talk sessions. Each group offers support from peers, an opportunity for people to come together share their experiences, learn from professionals and each other in a positive, social environment. Many people can feel anxious about attending a group being met by a friendly face helps help put people at ease and to make the group a welcoming supportive environment

Northampton, Delapre 4th Monday 1pm – 3pm
Whittlebury/Silverstone/Towcester 2nd Wednesday 11am – 1pm

Brixworth/Guilsborough 1st Tuesday 1pm – 2.30pm
Corby, Stuart Rd MC 4th Tuesday 1pm – 3pm
Kettering, St Andrews 2nd Tuesday 10am – 12pm
Mawsley Library 4th Wednesday 1pm – 2.30pm
Oundle, St Osyths 4th Thursday 1pm – 3pm

Carer Wellbeing Group

Northampton, central locations 1st & 3rd Friday
Kettering St Andrews 2nd Thursday 7pm – 9pm
