Retrofit Funding Scheme
The Retrofit Funding Scheme is provided by The Housing Finance Corporation (THFC) in partnership with National Wealth Fund (NWF)
This scheme provides low-cost unsecured funding to retrofit social housing, aiming to reduce carbon emissions, lower tenant expenses, and enhance overall social housing quality in the UK.
Loans can be used for the installation of low carbon heating, insulation, low carbon lighting, renewable energy, ventilation and heating controls, as well as work on resilience measures and biodiversity.
