Northamptonshire Children’s Trust – Care Experienced Pledge Event

We are looking for businesses and organisations to pledge to support our care experienced young people. Do you or someone in your network know of a business or organisation that could support our children and young people? If you do please share the information below with them and encourage them to sign up to join us at the launch event on 28th November.

Together with the Shaw Trust in collaboration with the Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire we are hosting the first Care Experienced Pledge event on 28th November 2025 at the Kings Park Conference Centre in Moulton Park.

Hosted by the Lord Lieutenant of Northamptonshire, we’re inviting local businesses, services and community partners to join us for an inspiring event where you can hear about how to make a real difference and transform futures with the Care Experienced Pledge.

Your business or organisation could:

Offer work experience, apprenticeships or employment opportunities
Provide discounts or donations (furniture, white goods, carpets, paint, kitchenware, etc.)
Sponsor a “starter pack” for a young person moving into their first home
Share your skills or mentorship
Offer wellbeing or leisure opportunities

Together, we can create a community where care experienced young people feel supported, valued and at home.
