We are excited to announce that SNVB are merging with Daventry Volunteer Centre to do even more good in our local communities.

We are looking for a General Manager to play a pivotal role in leading us through this exciting stage of development.

You’ll oversee daily operations, collaborate with our Board of Trustees on strategic planning as we expand our reach, and represent our unified entity to the public.

This role involves leading and developing our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, managing our finances, enhancing communication, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to amplify our impact.

This position offers a unique opportunity to inspire and support meaningful community action, empowering vulnerable individuals, reducing isolation, and fostering independence across West Northamptonshire.
